Cha-Bei will always be an evolving experience as we dive further into our travels and deepen our knowledge of the fascinating world of tea.

* The majority of our teas are "Fair Trade' and "Certified Organic".
* Our Iced Teas are brewed in house and we craft our ice cubes from the same high quality brewed tea which delivers a truely unique experience.
* Our expanding Non-dairy Tea Smoothie products use 90% brewed tea and natural tea powders and are lightly sweetned with natural cane sugar.
As we work to introduce our food menu later this year, we will stick to our same core beliefs on quality while at the same time paying hommage to the enticing street foods found in China.
It is truely an exciting time for cha-bei, and for us. We look forward to using our "Base Camp" as a way to share our travels in the east with all of you.
